When you use Senior Homebase Florida, we collect personal information to match you with senior living communities in Florida and to connect you with a local advisor if you request one. This notice describes what we collect and how we use it at each point of collection on our site.
Categories of information we collect
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, IP address
- Care-preference data — care type needed, relationship to the person needing care
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, device and browser type
- TCPA consent records — consent verification certificates when you agree to be called
Purposes of collection
- To match you with senior living communities that meet your stated needs
- To connect partner communities (with your consent) with families seeking care options
- To provide advisor support when requested
- To operate, maintain, and improve our Services
- To comply with legal obligations, including TCPA record-keeping
Who receives your information
When you submit our matching form and consent to be contacted, your information is shared with the partner communities listed on our Partner List at the time of submission. We also use LeadPedia as a data processor for lead management.
We do not sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.
Retention
- Standard personal data: up to 24 months from your last interaction
- TCPA consent records: 5 years
- Analytics data: up to 13 months
