Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective: 27 May 2026
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information with third parties. California residents have this right under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Florida residents and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws also have similar rights.
Although we do not sell personal information to advertisers, we do share your information with senior living communities when you consent to be contacted by them. You may use this page to withdraw that consent or to request deletion of your personal information entirely.
How to opt out or request deletion
You can submit a request using any of the following methods:
- Email: [email protected] — include your name, email address, and phone number so we can locate your record.
- Phone: 1 888 555 0148
- Contact form: seniorhomebase.com/contact
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion by email. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional information.
What happens when you opt out
We will stop sharing your information with new partner communities. Note that if you have already consented to a specific community contacting you, you should also contact that community directly to withdraw consent — we cannot control communications they have already initiated.
If you request deletion, we will remove your personal information from our systems and instruct our data processors (including LeadPedia) to do the same, subject to retention obligations required by law (for example, TCPA consent verification records).
Authorised agents
California residents may designate an authorised agent to submit requests on their behalf. We will require written proof of authorisation and may verify the identity of the consumer directly.
